The Filter Tool changes the Property View so that Property View displays only entity/object rows that have matching text entry as specified in Filter Tool.

 

Enter filter text in the space provided and the Property View screen will now refresh and display only rows that match the filter text entered. Deleting all text entered in Filter Tool will show all the rows again.
