Autofill Trial Extension Instructions

    Why type when you can Autofill?

    The newest Hachisoft Product versions can automatically fill in the details of a trial extension request. Follow these instructions and avoid having to type all of those details in:

    Requesting from the Evaluation Dialog:

    When you start a product in evaluation mode, a dialog will appear that displays how long your extension is, and a few other options. By pressing the "Request Trial Extension" button, as much information as is known by the product will be autofilled.

    Why type when you can Autofill?

    The newest Hachisoft Product versions can automatically fill in the details of a Support Item. Follow these instructions and avoid having to type all of those details in:

    Reporting from the Main Menu:

    From the main menu of your application, you may choose:

    Help->Support->Report an Issue
    -or-
    Help->Support->Request a Feature

    Your details will be filled out with as much information is available from the product.

    Reporting from the Critical Error Dialog

    If, in the event of a critical error, you would like to submit the details to Hachisoft, you need only to press the "Send via Web" button.

    Request A Feature
    If you want a new feature/functionality to be added into next release of hsCADCompare, you can request new feature very easily by using one of following options:

    • Recommended Option: From the main menu of hsCADCompare, choose Help->Support->Request a Feature. This option Autofills hsCADCompare version information and eliminates requirement to type all those details.

    • Click here to directly go to Request A Feature. This option requires filling in all information manually.

    Report An Issue
    If you are experiencing technical difficulties or incorrect behaviour while using hsCADCompare, you can report such issues very easily by using one of following options:

    • Recommended Option: From the main menu of hsCADCompare, choose Help->Support->Report an Issue. This option Autofills hsCADCompare version information and eliminates requirement to type all those details.

    Request Trial Extension
    If you need more time to evaluate hsCADCompare, you can easily request a trial extension by using one of following options:

    • Recommended Option: When you start hsCADCompare in evaluation mode, an Evaluation dialog (displays how long your extension is, and a few other options) will appear. You can submit a trial extension request by pressing the "Request Trial Extension" button on Evaluation dialog. This option Autofills hsCADCompare version and other information and eliminates requirement to type all those details.
